C-QES are pleased to be able to offer a number of useful documents and utilities available for viewing and / or download (pdf, MS Office and OpenOffice) to support you with your standards and compliance process.

These documents are the latest versions available - as other documents and/or newer become available they will be added to the site.

The documents are placed here for you to use either as published or for you to alter as necessary to help you develop your own.

C-QES Limited does not imply or suggest that the use of any or all of these documents shall in-themselves ensure compliance to any standard. All MS Office and OpenOffice files are pro-forma for you to alter and amend as you require. For the PDF versions, please click on the appropriate links in the table below. The OpenOffice and MS Office versions are in a compressed or zipped form. Click here for the the MS Office version or here for the the OpenOffice version. You should then unzip the folder contents into a folder of your choice.
