The experience of C-QES Limited and its principal has been gained within the following industries:

UK MoD, Saudi Arabian National Guard, Aerospace, Rail – Track & Civils, Rolling-stock and GSMr, Mobile Comms – including Network Infrastructure, Construction & Civils, Manufacturing, Software Projects, Product Approvals – CE Mark and Hazardous Atmospheres and Turn Key projects.

As well as the above industries, our experience includes tracking to source of raw materials used for processing, arranging independent parrallel testing for proofing materials, working in multicutural and language environments and mentoring existing and new employees regarding standards, their application and implementation.

• Actions to satisfy customer are not captured and fed back into the management system

Corrective and Preventative Actions:

• Corrective actions are not communicated across the business – same or similar failings occur regularly
• Preventive actions only deal with immediate issues – no attempt at preventative actions – forward looking
